Review: Juan and Nathan were first on the scene after a major hailstorm in our area (baseball size hail pummeled cars and roofs). Worley Byrd was cataloged all the damage prior to the insurance adjustor coming out. This helped identify more areas where funds could be appropriated for repair by the insurance adjustor. This meant there was a number of supplemental review cycles (3) between contractor and insurance to help verify claims and work completed. In the end, I was happy with a new roof, new gutters, and leaf gutter guards and paid my deductible. Juan was my project manager, reachable by phone, and provided prompt service.Gutters were removed a week or two before roofing. Roofing folks scheduled a day for a drop of the material (Wednesday), waited for rain to pass, roof was installed on Friday and completed in one day. New gutters installed a week or two after roofing.Two check process (pretty standard industry). Phase 1: Worley Receives: Insurance paid ACV + deductible. Phase 2: Roof repairs are then completed. Phase 3: Worley Received: Insurance approved paid depreciation (negotiated based on completed work). In the end, I just paid the deductible.

Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with WorleyByrd Roofing for the installation of a new roof on my house in Austin, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. The entire process, from the initial contact to the completion of the project, was handled efficiently and professionally. Jonathan Warden, my point of contact at WorleyByrd, was exceptional in his communication and attention to detail.One of the standout qualities of WorleyByrd Roofing is their unwavering commitment to keeping their word and maintaining a high level of integrity. They completed the roof installation in just one day, which was impressive given the size of the project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident in the finished result, and I am confident that my new roof will withstand the test of time.While the overall experience with WorleyByrd was excellent, I do have a small suggestion for improvement. The cleanup of the work site could have been a bit more thorough. Although they did remove the majority of debris and materials, there were a few small remnants left behind. However, this is a minor issue and doesn't overshadow the exceptional workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by WorleyByrd Roofing.In conclusion, I highly recommend WorleyByrd Roofing for any roofing needs. Their commitment to quality, integrity, and efficient service is commendable. With a few minor adjustments to their cleanup process, they would be truly outstanding in every aspect. I am grateful for their excellent work and the peace of mind I now have with my new, high-quality roof.

Review: My insurer denied my hail damage claim despite every other home in the neighborhood getting a new roof. Nathan spent a year dealing with my appraiser, helping me hire an independent appraiser, and finally, going to arbitration where we ultimately prevailed. i got bids from all over for gutters and paint, and Nathan's contacts offered the best prices and were very professional and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use WorleyByrd Roofing again.

Review: You could find hundreds of roofers right after a major hailstorm like the one that we had earlier this year in Cedar Park, hits your neighborhood but not many who are as professional, skilled and technical as WorleyByrd. From start to finish Nate and team (Nick) took care of everything from inspection, assessment, coordination, scheduling and installation of roofing, window beadings, screens, and gutters. In fact, I spoke with Insurance only once and they made sure to take care of talking to the assessor, adjuster, and the claims group representing you. Nate is honest and is backed by a good team who delivers to the utmost expectations. I had a lot of questions about the insurance process, roofing materials, selection, gutters replacement, installation and Nate was patient and answered providing technical details and options. WorleyByrd uses quality material and delivers it right and I would highly recommend using them if you were to be in the market for a roof replacement or even repairs.

Review: My new metal roof looks awesome. The reroofing was quick and clean. They upgraded my gutters and attic ventilation at the same time. Worleybyrd really shined when they successfully negotiated with my insurance company who initially refused to pay out a fair market replacement cost for my roof claim. Great job all around.
