Jesse worked with our insurance company to ensure the job was done correctly and the insurance responsibility was clear. Oakwood prides itself on customer service, attention to detail, and quality workmanship from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Review: We hired Oakwood Roofing and Construction to replace our roof from all the damage we ended up with from the hail storm at the end of Sep. From day 1 they have been nothing but amazing to work with. They met with our insurance adjuster to ensure he got every detail of damage that could be seen on the surface, walked us through different roofing options, ensured they had the preferred shingle color in stock, scheduled the job and met and exceeded that date. I was blown away they had the job completed in 5 hours, they did an amazing job and pristine cleanup after. Used an experienced 11 man crew which made all the difference and the project manager was onsite a majority of the time. Found out the last roofer cut some corners so they had to remove 2 layers of felt and replace wood rot due to it, they contacted our insurance on our behalf to get additional funds for the extra labor/materials required. We'll be using them for the rest of the damage from the storm (siding, trim, window screens, gutters, they do it all!) Will never use another roofing company as long as we're here and LOVE they are family owned and operated!

He met with the insurance company on our behalf and got them to change their initial offer of a partial repair to a full replacement. Jason was professional, communication was excellent and he was highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Oakwood Roofing and will not hesitate to call them in the future!

Review: We called Oakwood after sustaining wind damage to our roof. Many people within our HOA had recommended them, and I'm glad they did. Not only was the wait time for a visit more reasonable than other options, but the service was terrific. Jason thoroughly inspected the damage and the rest of the roof before providing a detailed review of his findings and a very fair quote. Once accepted, he worked promptly to complete the repairs, leaving the roof looking like new. I will be sure to call Oakwood again should the need arise in the future.
