Review: Steve Grillo and his team DID EXACTLY what he said they would do. Completely professional! I had the privilege of watching him fight the Carriers Adjuster for the CORRECT amount of money needed to give my family a high quality roof we deserved! We had some left over nails around the property, and he sent the team back out. No issues or questions. They even came back and replaced the rail (which showed up late to them) post installation. Review: The team at Big Texas really helped with my insurance claim. They were quick to act and handled everything with no headaches. Lot's of hail storms in Texas this year. This was my first insurance claim and they got them to pay quickly and coordinated everything. The materials were delivered the day before, and they had my new roof installed in one day.
